The complaining party shall provide the following documents:

1. The name (name), contact information, address, scanned ID card (natural person), business license (unit) of the enterprise legal person, and identity certificate (unit) of the legal representative of the right holder.

2. Require the exact name and network address of the infringing work to be deleted or disconnected, so that XXCMS can detect and initially review the suspected infringing work.

3. Preliminary proof materials that are considered to constitute infringement, including but not limited to proof of ownership of the copyright of the template or the right to disseminate information on the Internet according to law, as well as evidence of the suspected infringement of the template.

4. The notice must be signed by the right holder or its legal authorized person. If it is a unit, it must be stamped with the official seal of the unit.

5. The right holder shall be responsible for the authenticity of the notice. If the content of the notice is untrue, the right holder will bear all the legal responsibilities resulting therefrom.

Once we receive a notification that meets the above requirements, we will delete the suspected infringing template within a reasonable time. If the above conditions are not met, we will ask you to provide the corresponding information and will not take corresponding measures including deletion for the time being.

Users who upload templates on XXCMS are deemed to agree to the corresponding measures taken by XXCMS in the above situation, and XXCMS will not bear any liability for breach of contract or any other legal responsibility. XXCMS will send an email or QQ notification to users who upload the template after receiving the above notification. For users who upload suspected infringing works multiple times, XXCMS will have the right to delete the shelves and deduct the corresponding U coins or VIP rewards; if users who find more than 3 stolen templates are disqualified from uploading and corresponding rewards; if users who find more than 5 stolen templates are found, their accounts will be permanently banned and other penalties will be taken.
